Pavement Sealing

What is pavement sealing?

Pavement sealing, is the process of applying a protective coating to asphalt-based pavements to provide a layer of protection from the elements: water, oils, and U.V. damage.

Why pavement sealing is important?

Applying asphalt seal-coating is an important element of every effective pavement management program and no one does it better than Jet Power USA.

Seal-coating blacktop parking lots not only saves you a substantial amount of money in the long run, it helps to maintain the integrity of the surface.

As a general rule you should seal your driveway every 1 to 3 years. More specifically, if you can see the color of the individual stones that make up your asphalt surface, you know it's time to seal it up.
